  This guy just performed witchcraft to my guitar. Completed the task in 9 days, and really, it was newer than when I bought it: -low action setup (the guitar wasn’t setup… read more when I bought it) -the tuners are tighter/better now -made some kind of clear film to protect the guitar body (dunno how he did that) -and my favorite: turned the guitar neck into satin out of the glossy finish (and it’s very professionally done, the feel is what I felt when I held that PRS SE swamp-ash. i imagined he’d scrape off the glossy paint to reveal the wood, but instead he subverted my expectations. he even followed me up for any additional things or other problems, which I say he nailed all of it. totally 6/5 stars! paid him £50 for all the low-action setup + additional touches but I say it’s so much worth it, I’d ask him again to service my other guitar, and I don’t mind traveling to South Shields from Newcastle for that.
